As China has been experiencing rapid economic growth, Chinese investors are displaying an increasingly intense interest in overseas real estate, including high-end properties in Europe and Americas.

Following the surge in demand, the ILP team put together an online conference on international real estate and residency by investment specifically targeted at the Chinese market.

Held on 15 April, the event featured an exciting range of speakers on topics including Malta’s residence and citizenship programs, investment potential of Southern Spain, advantages of permanent residency in the USA, investment opportunities in Southern Montenegro, Grenada’s CBI program and government-approved projects, new rules of Portugal’s Golden Visa program, and more. The speakers also provided hands-on advice on application procedures, eligibility requirements, and real estate investment.
